EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

PAY: $15-35/HR

BENEFITS: MEDICAL + DENTAL, PAID VACATION, PAID SICK LEAVE

As an executive assistant you will be an integral part of our executive team. You will be asked to perform typical assistant type tasks in addition to clerical duties. The ability to travel and a pleasant, engaging, and welcoming demeanor will be required, as you will often act as a representative for the executive team. Pay will be commensurate on experience and competency.

(LEVEL .5) MECHANICAL ENGINEER

PAY: $25-35/HR

BENEFITS: MEDICAL + DENTAL, PAID VACATION, PAID SICK LEAVE

This is an entry level engineering position. In this position you will be an assistant to our senior engineering team. This role will gain you valuable on the job training in engineering and the process of product development. Advancement is dependent on competency and performance. This position has a 6 month evaluation period. At the end of which you will be evaluated for promotion to a Level 1 position. At the Level 1 position you will start to gain autonomy and begin to undertake small projects of your own with weekly advisory sessions by higher level engineers on your team. From there, promotion evaluations will be performed on an annual basis, and will depend on performance both professionally and as a team member.

PAY: $15-25/HR

This is an engineering intern ship opportunity. As an engineering intern you will shadow senior engineering staff and perform basic data acquisition tasks along with assisting in basic design tasks. This position has a 3 month term beginning 1 week from your spring semester ending. This opportunity will expose you to engineering, design, and product development on multiple levels, and is a fantastic opportunity to get real world experience before you ever even graduate.

(LEVEL .5) SOLIDWORKS OPPERATOR

PAY: $20-30/HR

BENEFITS: MEDICAL + DENTAL, PAID VACATION, PAID SICK LEAVE

This is an entry level SolidWorks operator/drafting position. In this position you will be an assistant to our senior engineering team. In this role you will expand your knowledge of SolidWorks while being an integral part of our engineering and design team. The breadth and depth of exposure to new CAD modeling techniques and approaches will be significant. Advancement is dependent on competency and performance. This position has a 6 month evaluation period. At the end of which you will be evaluated for promotion to a Level 1 position. At the Level 1 position you will start to gain autonomy and begin undertaking small projects of your own with weekly advisory sessions by higher level CAD team members. From there, promotion evaluations will be performed on an annual basis, and will depend on performance both professionally and as a team member.

This opportunity will expose you to engineering, design, and product development on multiple levels, and is a fantastic opportunity to get real world experience before you ever even graduate.
